Melly Celebration was born from my desire to do something different with my life.  In 2017 , I moved from Chicago to Florida and turned my passion into a thriving business in balloon décor and event planning.

What started with flyers across Wesley Chapel and Tampa has now grown into a recognized brand known for creativity and flawless execution. My commitment is to provide you with stunning, personalized decorations that bring magic to every  occasion.

To take celebrations even further, Tiny Big Bash was created as an extension of Melly Celebration, designed to transform every party into an unforgettable experience. We don’t just create breathtaking balloon decorations and backdrops—we also offer interactive activities that spark imagination and make every moment truly special.
